Ms. Katerina Nomicos is an experienced UK Solicitor and Greek lawyer. She has been practising corporate and tax law since 1990. She is very experienced in cross border issues related mainly to the UK, Greece and the EU.
She is a partner of Spencer West LLP (UK), and also the Managing Director/UK desk of White & Blue Legal Ltd (http://whitebluelegal.com/) which is headquartered in London UK since 3/2015 and has expanded to Athens as well. Under her W&B hat she is dealing primarily with cross jurisdictional cases and e-commerce, which involve UK and Greek jurisdictions, e.g tax planning and compliance while her Greek office deals with a vast area of subjects namely, inward investment to Greece in energy, energy construction & tourism, pensions of Greek expats, private insurance claims/ consumer protection law, commercial litigation, tax litigation, M&A's and corporate law issues.
In addition she is the tax partner of Spencer West LLP. Under her Spencer West hat she works primarily with UK taxation, tax & corporate cases of major inward investments to the UK, private client work, insolvency litigation and e-commerce/GDPR- UK personal data compliance.
